We aim to make every order clear, simple, and reliable from checkout to delivery, and through any return process.
Shipping
Most orders ship within a few business days after they are processed. We use trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other shipping providers to deliver your items as quickly and reliably as possible. Depending on product availability, warehouse location, and order size, your items may arrive in separate packages. This means you may receive more than one tracking number, and packages may arrive on different days. In some cases, different shipping companies may handle different parts of the same order. Please check each tracking link for the most accurate delivery updates and estimated arrival times.
Returns and exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days on most items. To qualify for a return, products must be in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition. Once the returned item is received, inspected, and confirmed to be in good condition, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that some returns may be subject to a restocking fee, typically ranging from 5% to 15%, depending on the item and condition of the return. Shipping charges may not be refundable. We recommend keeping all packaging and tracking information until your return has been fully processed.
